• Process ticket reservations for international flights worldwide. 
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
• Carry out follow-up procedures for customer travel, such as follow-up, brief, guidelines, issuing, rescheduling and Queue management, reconfirmation, of air tickets.
• Maximize sales and revenues by converting inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets.
• Book and issue tickets accurately for international flights worldwide. (short-haul and long-haul) sectors.
• Handle booking modifications, ticket exchanges, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight details, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Ticketing Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and travel advisories.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless customer service.

Other Specification

• At least 2 year experience with any GDS company, Any Airlines or IATA approved reputed travel agency
• Good knowledge of GDS booking system Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus.
• Good knowledge about Timatic,   Int'l Airlines, Airport terminals rules, Visas and immigration rules etc.
• Good command in English, Hindi and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ​Good knowledge about online travel agency platforms (OTA).
