• Process ticket reservations for international flights worldwide. 
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies.
• Carry out follow-up procedures for customer travel, such as follow-up, reconfirmation, rescheduling, and reissuing of air tickets.
• Handle booking modifications, ticket exchanges, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.
• Provide information on flight schedules, availability, and fares.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight details, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Manage changes to bookings, including rescheduling and rebooking.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and travel advisories.
• Liaise with airlines, travel agents, and other partners to ensure smooth operations.

Other Specification 

• Experienced or fresher or trained/interned at any travel-related institute can apply. 
• Basic knowledge of the GDS booking systems Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus, or any of them.
• Good command in English, Hindi and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Basic knowledge/ idea about aviation, travel, and tourism industries.
• ​Basic knowledge about online travel agency platforms (OTA).
