Our mission is to help product companies overcome the challenges of implementing data-related technology in production by providing end-to-end support throughout the entire product release pipeline. This includes backend development, front-end (apps, websites), and infrastructure/operations, thus minimizing the need for clients to coordinate and align separate internal teams for each project.
We are seeking a talented and driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the tech industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our services can help bring their ideas to market efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of AI/ML consulting and development services.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present our company's capabilities and services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience of B2B sales in Europe/US market
