• Prepare and cook food items according to the cafe menu and standards
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations if needed
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are low
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing used dishes
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth cafe operations
