We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Head of Department (HOD) to lead the one of the reputed brand GirlsSelect team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination among team members, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a good understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and be able to maintain discipline and motivation within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and sales activities of GirlsSelect
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are being met
- Coordinate effectively with all team members to maintain smooth workflow.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to boost productivity
- Ensure proper reporting and tracking of performance metrics and team progress
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high team morale
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product launches, campaigns, and marketing efforts
- Identify gaps in performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Represent GirlsSelectNepal in inter-department meetings and management discussions.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Basic to advanced computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.)
- Ability to track sales performance and analyze reports
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in sales or team management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience working in a sales or eCommerce-based company.
Salary : Starts from 20k and will increase based on the experience
