Job Description
Manage solar projects ensuring compliance with ESG standards and sustainability goals.
Coordinate with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) teams.
Prepare financial and technical reports and monitor project progress.
Ensure regulatory compliance and draft sustainability reports.
Engage with stakeholders and track ESG metrics.
Optimize plant performance through data analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in grid tied solar projects of larger than 5 MW, project development, and management.
Certification or experience in ESG/sustainable practices is highly preferred.
Strong project coordination and management skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize plant performance.
