• Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and businesses for hospitality management software and digital solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and close deals to meet sales targets.

🔹 Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Promote websites, apps, and IT solutions to expand audience reach.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and reach.

🔹 Market Research & Strategy Development

• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Suggest and implement new promotional ideas to attract more clients.
• Maintain an updated database of potential leads and clients.

Other Specification 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in IT, software, or related industries).
• Strong ability to sell software products and IT services to businesses.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to drive results.
• Must be based in Pokhara (Candidates from other cities will be considered only if no local candidates are available).
