Position OverviewÂ
Sales Representativeis responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. S/he will be responsible for assisting the sales manager in overseeing the department’s operations. S/he should be able to review current market trends and competitor offerings and should also be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations.Â
Roles and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Implement Sales ServicesÂ
Develop sales plans and action plans, and new business leads.Â
Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget and profit goals.Â
Call prospective customers, provide knowledge about our product, and guide them through the purchase process.Â
Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives.Â
Maintain accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.Â
Assist team with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.Â
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.Â
Research Â
Make a market research on cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.Â
Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.Â
Make a review of current market trends and competitor offerings and be able to prepare and present accurate and detailed sales reports.Â
Coordination      Â
Maintain strong communication between sales executives and internal and external stakeholders.Â
Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities, enhance the company’s presence, and generate leads.Â
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.Â
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.Â
Skills and QualificationsÂ

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred. (running will also be considered)
