Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Academic Teachers to teach a variety of subjects on Mennta E-Learning’s online platform. As an Academic Teacher, you will deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons across multiple subjects for students ranging from primary to secondary school levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the curriculum, teaching experience, and the ability to create an interactive online learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging lessons in assigned subjects.
- Create lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and other instructional materials in alignment with curriculum standards.
- Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students, encouraging participation and collaboration.
- Monitor student performance and provide additional support when needed.
- Utilize technology and online tools effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct virtual office hours and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate new methods to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other educators and the Mennta E-Learning team to continuously improve the learning platform.
- Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience teaching academic subjects at the primary or secondary level (online teaching experience is a plus).
- Strong subject matter knowledge in one or more areas, such as Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and Nepali.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in using online learning tools and platforms.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or additional qualifications in relevant subject areas.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Experience with interactive teaching methods and technology integration in education.
