• Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly.
• Know the menu and presentation standards well.
• Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and over the phone.
• Anticipate and promptly address unexpected guest needs.
• Apply correct service techniques with enthusiasm.
• Set tables according to event and service standards.
• Record orders in Point of Sales systems accurately.
• Communicate with the kitchen on menu questions, wait times, and special requests.
• Collect guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear and return food and beverage items to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Review K.O.T for accurate and timely order preparation.
• Present final bill to guests and process payments.
• Ensure hotel brand standards and SOPs are followed.
• Perform other F&B service duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BHM/Diploma in Culinary Arts with 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Team player, able to handle pressure and work odd hours.
• Positive and pleasant attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, self-motivated, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
