- Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly.
- Know the menu and presentation standards well.
- Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and over the phone.
- Anticipate and promptly address unexpected guest needs.
- Apply correct service techniques with enthusiasm.
- Set tables according to event and service standards.
- Record orders in Point of Sales systems accurately.
- Communicate with the kitchen on menu questions, wait times, and special requests.
- Collect guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear and return food and beverage items to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
- Review K.O.T for accurate and timely order preparation.
- Present final bill to guests and process payments.
- Ensure hotel brand standards and SOPs are followed.
- Perform other F&B service duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BHM/Diploma in Culinary Arts with 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Team player, able to handle pressure and work odd hours.
- Positive and pleasant attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative, innovative, self-motivated, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
