Provides professional and friendly customer service and information to customers via calls, SMS and emails.
Converting leads into prospective clients.
Directs and coordinates clients with proper mortgage staff.
Assist assigned loan officers with loan submissions and document follow up.
Responsible for the communication and follow up between Loan Officers, Clients, and processing staff. Acts as a liaison between parties to ensure clear and constant communication.
