• Developing and modifying international tour packages and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups
• Handling holiday information desk and dealing with clients with required tour packages
• Interface directly with clients to resolve related issues and answer questions, so effective customer service skills are a necessity
• Successfully plan every aspect of a tour, from charter vehicles to attraction tickets, so the group must be highly organized when it comes to logistics planning
• Full coordination with the ticketing, visa, and operation departments to develop, deliver, and operate a tour package

• Proven experience in travel planning and outbound tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
