• Responsible for Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Medical equipment.
• Review and consolidate the medical equipment and consumable planning lists. Review their operational performances, and make recommendations.
• Support in the preparation of the technical requirements for the installation of the equipment.
• Support in the planning of logistics, delivery, and installation of equipment and infrastructures.
• Prepare work progress reports and contract close-out reports to the department head.
• Review the medical assets/systems operational performances produce reports and follow up on any warranty maintenance as required.
• Prepare operational and maintenance plans for all equipment/systems installed under the project, and issue to the client on project completion.
• Manage the overall duties and responsibilities of the service team.

Other requirements :

• An associate’s degree or technical certification in the industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers’ non-technical descriptions.
• Knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.

Qualification : Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
