- Managing day-to-day operations, coordinating exhibitions, maintaining artwork databases, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer questions, provide guided tours, and ensure a positive gallery experience for all visitors.
- Assist with the promotion and sale of artworks, including preparing sales documents, processing payments, and packaging sold items.
- Manage the gallery’s inventory, including cataloging artworks, updating records, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Support the gallery’s marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and updating the gallery’s website.
Other SpecificationÂ
- Preferably bachelor degree in business or communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate.
