• Responsible for handling TT/LC/DD/DAP process (from bank form fill up till the payment) after getting PI and agreement from the sales team. 
• Responsible for consignment release process. 
• Perform works related to free of cost (FOC) and warranty. 
• Process for consignment release.  
• Doing cross verification after arrival of goods at store. 
• Cross check the issue order and forward the bills for VAT bill process. 
• Correspond with concerned finance personnel for the Vat bill process. 
• Cross verify the issues related to Vat bill.  
• Update all credit transactions {record maturity period of TR (Trust Received) loan} and provide details to the CEO/director of the company. 

Other Specification 

• Compliance of Vat, TDS, ETDS 
• Having knowledge of using financial software Erp/ Navision/ Tally is a must. 
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy  
• Possessing good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Confidence, motivation and determination 
• The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
