CCAE Network is seeking a Documentation Manager to oversee the preparation and management of immigration-related documents. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with visa regulations, maintain document accuracy, and streamline processes for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement document control policies and procedures for immigration services.
Maintain photo sizes using Photoshop and handle document scanning.
Manage, organize, and maintain all client documentation securely.
Oversee document version control, approvals, and archiving processes.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation requirements.
Collaborate with teams to standardize and improve documentation formats.
Assist clients with proper documentation for Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visa applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in documentation management, preferably in immigration consultancy.
Strong understanding of visa documentation and compliance standards.
Proficiency in documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
