Quantitative Data Collection Tools Development:
- Design and test data collection tools for surveys and monitoring.
- Ensure tools align with study objectives and are user-friendly.
- Train teams on tool usage and provide technical support.
Data Management:
- Maintain efficient data storage and organization systems.
- Oversee data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
- Standardize data formats and ensure data security.
Data Analysis:
- Conduct statistical analyses using STATA or R.
- Explore trends, perform advanced modeling, and support study design.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Nepal’s health system, data structures, and national surveys/census.
- Skills:
- Expertise in quantitative data collection, analysis, and big data handling using R or STATA.
- Proficient in MS Excel, STATA (.do files), and R scripts.
- Proven report-writing capabilities.
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to gender and cultural considerations in projects.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali.
