Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products/services.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and new markets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
