This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Asterisk Digital in Kathmandu. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills,
• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions,
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities,
• Experience in a customer-facing role,
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
