The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience on a daily basis.

• Phone Etiquette,
• Customer Service and Customer Experience,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively,
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus,
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages,
• Previous experience in a similar role
