This is a full-time on-site role at Lalitpur for an Assistant Corporate Manager at Ralycos Nepal. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of business operations and managing day-to-day activities to ensure the success of the company. The Manager will oversee financial performance, staff direction, customer interaction, resource optimization and strategic planning.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, with proven leadership and managerial abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the team
• Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Knowledge of business operations, budgeting, financial planning and marketing
• Experience in project management
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
