Support Executive

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide on boarding and training to clients on using the Jewellery Management System.
  • Resolve customer queries and technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer support records.
• Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support or software training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of software applications (jewellery industry experience is a plus).
