- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, debit accounts, credit accounts, and general ledger entries.
- Process and manage payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Other SpecificationÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in a retail or hardware industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
