- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service,
- Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system,
- Resolving network issues,
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem,
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback,
