• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming goods, ensuring compliance with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and stocktaking activities to identify discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods, ensuring adequate stock availability.
• Check opening Stocks as per Reports on a daily basis especially running items
• Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard
• Prepare bills/Good Receipt Notes of incoming material
• Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any
• Ensure the implementation of the Inventory management system
• Strong coordination with the team, user departments
• Analysis of the aging of stocks & communication with the manager about obsolete Stock

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in store management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Officer or similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management software or systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of safety and security practices related to store operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as required.
