Job Description:
- Verification of customer documentation (Tax Clearance, MOA/AOA).
- Conducting customer background checks and bank confirmations for loan processes.
- Ensuring collection of original legal documents and PDC before machine delivery.
- Confirming payment details (DP Credit, Cash, Credit, DO Credit) before machine dispatch.
- Handling and processing CICL requests.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Reviewing and approving customer files for compliance and coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in customer documentation and legal compliance.
- Analytical skills for background checks and verifications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for record-keeping.
