• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions before recommending and performing appropriate treatments.
• Stay informed about spa products and services, offering recommendations to clients for aftercare and at-home treatments.
• Work closely with other spa staff, including receptionists and therapists, to ensure smooth operations and a consistent client experience.
