Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute effective sales strategies to promote our engineering software solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels including market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, enhancing lead generation and brand awareness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through various channels including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Client Communication:
- Engage with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Event Discovery and Organization:
- Discover relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to attend and represent the company.
- Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and product demonstrations to attract and engage potential clients.
- Presentations and Promotions:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business and product presentations to potential clients.
- Develop digital marketing ideas and strategies to promote products and attract leads.
- Create promotional materials and content for marketing campaigns.
- Sales Process Management:
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth explanations of software features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, detailing activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggestions.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English language.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Two wheel driving license.Â
