Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling hardware products to customers in various industries. Your primary role will be to develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best solutions for their business. You will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and technical support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking,
- Maintain existing customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Understand customer needs and recommend hardware solutions that best fit their requirements,
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share,
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis,
- Collaborate with product managers and technical support staff to provide customers with comprehensive solutions,
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to maintain a competitive advantage,
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote hardware products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred,
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector,
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
- Knowledge of computer hardware products and the technology industry,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software,
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
