Job Description
- Maintaining and organizing office records, files, and documentation, both in physical and digital formats.Â
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Provide support to senior accountants and finance managers as required
