Job Description
- Assist users with on-desk support for technical issues.
- Configure and maintain managed switches (e.g., Cisco, Networks).
- Manage attendance devices and other network-related hardware.and configure Windows Server, operating systems, application software, and firmware.
- Update antivirus tools, manage firewall security, ensure compliance, and follow industry-standard data protection protocols.
- Issue company devices (e.g., laptops) to new employees and handle returns when employees leave.
- Troubleshoot problems related to database management, networking, internet connectivity, and virtual meetings.
- Monitor and resolve issues in the company's computing systems.
Other SpecificationÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent (Plus Two).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related role.
- Strong knowledge of networking and managed switches.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring software and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
