We are looking for a Business Development Officer with exceptional working skills and industry experience to join our team immediately.

Job description:

• Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online),
• Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage,
• Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement,
• Designing and implementing own sales and marketing strategies in capturing the market,
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets,
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
• Meeting with potential agents to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Other Specification:

• ACCA Affiliate/Member or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field,
• At least 1 year experience,
• You are confident in your delivery of workshops, presentations, holding conferences, and being in front of the camera!
• Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role,
• The ability to travel as needed,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills,
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills,
• Effective communication skills.
