• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline,
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables,
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments,
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies,
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster effective communication and collaboration,
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and Agile methodologies,
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management,
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement,
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project requirements, standards, and best practices, maintaining high standards of software development. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• At least 1-2 years of coding experience as a software engineer is required to understand technical root causes, solve problems effectively, and create sprint plans with technical proficiency,
• Able to set the project deadlines and allocate the sprint tasks to the frontend, backend, QA, and design teams,
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager, leading software development or infrastructure projects,
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum,
• Proficiency in project management tools and software,
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies with a strong understanding of front-end development (React js, Next js), backend development (Node js, Nest js), and mobile app development (Flutter) processes is a plus,
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills related to coding, and design with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools would be a plus.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Scrum Master Certification or Relevant Certification would be a plus.

Salary: 
60k to 80k (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
