• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Cost Management: Analyze and control manufacturing costs; identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Support internal and external audits; implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• SAP System: Utilize SAP for financial data management and reporting; troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making; identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial improvement.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior finance staff; manage workload and provide training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP financial systems is highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
